In our spacious workshop area we produce composite structures especially for maritime applications.

Using fiber reinforced polymers an efficient production of structures with complex geometries and excellent mechanical properties is possible. Hydro dynamic highly loaded structures as propellers, rudder blades and flow accelerators are constantly optimized and structurally dimensioned before released for production. With the supplied 3D-CAD data precise models are milled.

The manufacturing process depends on the intended use. Vacuum infusion is used as well as wet layup and resin transfer moulding. To guarantee the high quality of our products the fabrics are cut with a NC cutting plant according to the required layup.

The fabrics and resins for our production process are GL-certified. The processing is done with tight control according to the suppliers recommendations on curing and tempering cycles.
